Passed up by many others, we’re pleased to have been part of the transformation of 119 Kent Avenue, a project that showcases the potential of challenging properties in prime locations.

Project highlights:

  • Unique challenge: Previously overlooked due to its decaying structure

  • Developer: CW team, who saw the opportunity and had the expertise to bring it to life

  • Building composition:

    • Ground floor: Prime retail space

    • Upper floors: 3 stories housing 17 high-end residential units.

The Tiler Co contributed to this transformation by providing tiling solutions that complemented the high-end nature of the residential units and enhanced the appeal of the retail spaces. Our work involved selecting and installing quality materials that aligned with the project's goal of creating a standout property in this prime Brooklyn location.
